I think all those freebies is the perfect compensation for the 4 month wait. I've never heard of not welding up wheel tubs tho. Seems odd, they should be fitteded with the overall tire diamter and set with at least 1/2" clearance and fixed there permanantly. Why would you want them to flex?

Doug, you did compensate me very well. But i dont feel it is an excuse for not checking out a lot of these issues that ive had. And I dont like to bash people AT ALL, but (in email) you've told me multiple times that the next friday you would be down to trailer the truck back, and then it would be the next friday and then something else. It just gets old thinking hell yeah, my truck is bout to get fixed and everything is gonna be all good and BAM...thats shot to shit because of something on your part. And by no means did I claim doug did a HACK JOB, i just mentioned that there were quite a few things overlooked or halfassed as it seemed. I dont have hard feelings towards doug or any of the guys up there. In fact, he is one sexy beast!!

haha, watts, i do totally understand your frustrations with me, and its true, my compensation is no excuse for the issues your having, i dont know what exactly is wrong and you keep blowing airline, hell, maybe just a bad fitting or something if its just that one that keeps coming out, i dunno its just something to look at, currently we only have myself and one employee and weve been tackling 2 bodydrops at the same time and were goin wide open to get these done, just seems when were bout able to roll one out we have various issues that need to be addressed and that just throws a kink in my plan to get yours back up here... i do hope that me and you can work thinks out and get all your problems addressed and fixxed, BUT at the same time, i understand your frustrations with me and wanna get your truck draggin asap... and if you think im sexy,wait til you see me naked on the bikini contest at southeast showdown, lol... i do try to be a good person and stand up to my word , i know what its like to be fucked over by a shop and when i started this business i promised myself id never EVER fuck anyone over or out of there money... so if you would liek us to fix it just let me know

good to see a shop that will admit that messed up, and is trying to straighten things out without having some keyboard commando come on here and talk about how awesome the shop is, and how the person who is having problems is a lying asshole... props to you guys for sure
