Mike I see that the time that has passed has taught you nothing about customer service. A smart business man doesnt come on a public forum and talk shit and call names to others. No matter what the case a smart business man bites his tongue. Your business allready looks bad because of the people not gettting parts in the past. Every time you cuss somebody or threaten them or etc even if they are dead wrong it makes you as a business man look bad too. What if a potential customer is interested in buying parts from you and then they come on here and see you talk like that to other people? Not good. BYC left a bad taste in a lot of peoples mouths and in my opinion you arent off to a very good start with the new venture. Be the bigger man in the situation and IGNORE the people talking shit that have nothing to do with parts or money from you.

I agree with you Bob, I had a similar problem with a shop in California. You have to lick ur wounds and go on or it will cause you to have a sour taste in ur mouth. If Mike is trying to pay it back little by little at least he is trying to.
