best mini handling?

I was thinking about building a real sport truck, one built for handling and performance. I was wondering what everyone's opinion was on what is the best minitruck for this project. I am partial to mitsu's, tacos, and s-series. I do not want an adjustable suspension, just a performance lowering kit, what is the best?, also amount of drop?
other upgrades would be:
brakes, engine upgrades, strengthening the chassis, and probibly most important, tires (I live in Indiana which lucky enough to have all four seasons). anyone have any other suggestions? I want mostly bolt-on over-the-counter parts, and it would be a daily driver.

Any one of those trucks could be made to handle quite nicely. If you are serious, go get Tune to Win by Carroll Smith, it has a whole bunch of info on handling.
