wheeltubs?

yo guys Im starting to tub the front.Just wondering what a guy should do after they are welded into place.Fiberglass filler the seams or just seam sealer?It will eventually be painted so I dont want any cracks.I would gather the fiberglass filler would be the best bet,using a gloved finger to smoothe it out then sand it.Help!
