What is the technical term for this?

I'm am trying to find a set that say 'Hot' and 'Cold' and I'm having shit for luck. I don't know what to search for to find them. It seems like I've tried anything. Anyone know the name or where I can find them?

Local hardware stores don't carry anything like that, everything is chrome.

I've searched eBay for all that stuff, and only been able to find one. I found it by searching for porcelain knob.

Yeah I know. It seems so obvious, but they're hard to find.
