my max has been on jack stands 4 8 months or so and has not been run so figured 2 day i would hook the gas tank up and let it run. well when i crunk it up it run fine but was pourin white smoke, it has never done this be4 so i figured it would clear up. after 20 min it was still smokin whats goin on
thats my gas, other than that white smoke (i believe) means bad rings. letting oil past them.

bad valve seals just let it warm up then shut it off then let it cool then run it again some times the rings can stick

White smoke is antifreeze usually check your compression and see if the rings/valves or head gasket is leaking usually on the 2.6 its a head gasket sometimes they crack inbtween the valves just depends. You can also take your cap off the radiator and see if its getting compression in the cooling system sometimes they'll blow into the water jacket.
There is definitely something smoking like a sum b**ch in this post and it is not just the mitsu. Seriously though, what does the smoke smell like?
