Tilt Bed?

How hard would it be to do a tilt bed ('88 S10), where the bed tilts to the side? Just manual at first, unlock/release whatever could keep it secure, lift it, use something else to hold it up..

I want to mount all of my air management under the rear of the bed, so I figured a tilt bed would be pretty cool..
