What problems if any could u run into if when u set up the driveline the carrier bearing is to one side or the other making the driveline not perfectly straight.

i would imagine premature wear on the driveline and it would probly shake.

just make sure that if the rear shaft does go up at an angle, that your pinion angle creates a complimentary angle to the angle where the second shaft comes off of the first shaft. this should also put the pinion angle about paralell with the first shaft. that way your u-joints will bend equal amounts causing less wear and minimal vibration
