What was the company the owned the lift? I would be sueing there ass....

im with big dee on this one. whoever didnt secure that forklift, and the company they work for are in for one hell of a lawsuit.

As long as your friend recovers, that's really all that matters - however...

Make sure he gets an excellent attorney. He's going to own that company and all of its assets -if he does this intelligently.
