In need of electrical help

I have stock digital gauges in my 1990 s10. Everything works but the spedo square that has the turn signal lights in there also does not work. Well my blinkers plain dont work and when i press the brake petal the fuse pops (its the 15 amp STOP fuse). But even when the fuse is good the spedo square is blank. Can anyone tell me what to look for? Maybe even a area to start lookin?

SOUNDS LIKE U HAVE A SHORT TO GROUND THE BRAKE LIGHTS AND HORN SHOULD BE ON THE SAME CURCUIT NOT SURE ABOUT THE SPEEDO HAS ANYTHING BEEN DONE TO THE TRUCK LIKE SOME ELECTRICAL WORK ? MAYBE DAMAGED WIRES ?

everything moved around for the bodydrop. But i drove it a few times since then. All went south went i started to put the dash back together. I checked all the areas i put screws in and no wires got poked. The dash and spedo was already in i was just mounting all the headlight switches n stuff.I just tore into the spedo the bulbs are ok. But i keep poping turn signal and brake light fuses. The taillights do work with the lights on though.
