i got the booster/mc combo, but i've talked to 3 or 4 guys on here that got the same thing and said the master cylinder is junk, so i'm gonna use the booster and keep the stock master cylinder for now. when i put my 8 holer in, i might get a real chrome m/c.
im running a 7'' dual diaphram booster with a 78 fullsize M/C. Its alright, it stops the truck like normal, just got a stiffer pedal.
Also I am one of the reasons why fatrodder is no longer selling on ebay. The chrome M/C I got with the booster sucked balls. Had needle size ports at the bottom and couldnt stop shit!
A year later I am still waiting on a refund or replacement. fuk fatrodder.
i believe a few of the s10s came factory with a smaller booster like an 8inch or something, or always take a trip to the junkyard to atleast research what cars have what size boosters??

The blazers with the three point eight had the eight and a half inch booster but it won't clear a nine inch wheel.The seven I used had a smaller orfice on the master side so I just ground a little off the master cylinder.Also I welded the rod off the old onto the new so the pedal would be the same height.Suprisingly the brakes don't feel any different.Also I had to make a plate because the booster didn't fill the hole up..
