what do you think?

alright, i bought this truck in hopes of fully building it up but everything has gone wrong since ive had it, so to make a long story short i have lost my daily driver and this thing is killing me on gas. what should i do? i have no offers on it at all on every site its listed, what am i doing wrong? i need to get something i can drive every day. what kinda price should i ask for this truck?

unsure of milage on motor
350 smallblock v8 350 turbo trans
b&m z-gate shifter
super clean frame and body
minor scratch on door
interior is in good shape





should i keep it and put a 4 cylinder back in it and drive it? or sell it and start over?

seems like gas shouldnt be THAT bad the chev motor is only pushing a mini....
price depends some what on where you happen to live. here that truck i would guss to be in the 2000$ range.. for a modded truck people have to be made to believe it has been done by a pro. woul you pay top $ for a truck when the guy said it was bagged in his grandma's costo style tent "garage" (no offence to any of you out there... LOL)or would you be more likly to pay that kind of money for a truck who clamed to have rolled out of some speed shop.
im just saying find where you are between those two extreems, present you truck as such, present your truck well, and post it every where.

how much more do you have in it
who much have you gotten out of it
how much do you love the truck
consider puttin a couple bucks into churching her up a bit.
a back bumper for a stock maz it what 50$
sprayin (do it your self) bed liner 130$.
rub some of the rust off those rims.
the paint looks dead, so i wouldnt bother much with that....

put a 3.08 or 2.73 gear in the raer gas mileage will get better.

yea id change the rear gearing. it was a 4 cyl mazda, so gearing is around 4:11 right now. plus depending on if the motor is stock, or high perf would depend on gas mileage, and also how you drive it. i have owned a bunch of mazdas, and personally the truck looks like the body is in good condition, but i still wouldnt give you anything over 1500 for it.

the reason the truck gets bad gas milage is its a 3 speed with a low gear. im not sure what the actual gearing is but i know its been changed because i dont know of a mazda that came with an lsd rear end. the truck winds out at about 40- 45 mph
