LED lens

what is the best method for getting the lens smooth with the body? and not screwing up the plexi's finish? I have 10.5" AVS 3 colour lens.

I was told install it sand the lens smooth with the body and then polish the lens. Might get another opinion though

Quickly go over the lens with a torch. Not high heat, but going over plexi with a torch clears the plastic.

the ones i install through classic customs, they are a 'flushie' you sand em down even with 180 grit, then when you spray clear over it, the scratches go away.

What is good to adhere the lens to the body?

i always use a clear drying 2 part epoxy.
