what gauge sheetmetal are you guys using? especially to roll a round dash what gauge is easiest to roll around with no creases?

thanks man, i'm just gettin started with this truck... i got big plans, but i'm hoping to get the new dash built and finished along w/ the rest of the interior soon, then i'ma move the the exterior.
