ART use stock s-10 balljoints?

yeah, get the cup that Jason sells for the art arms. you might have to call em for it, i dont think its on their site anymore, i aint been there in awhile tho.

I don't know if you want to try it but I made a set of solid billet bag mounts for my lower ART arms to get my lift back. I used billet because it looks good with the chrome arms.
