okay to sand HOK pearl?

Can you color sand Hok pearl shimrin base limetime green and still get a good finish to get rid of orange peal,eTc??

ONLY IF THERE IS PLENTY OF CLEAR ON IT. IF YOU SAND THE UNCLEARED PAINT IT WILL SHOW OBVIOUS SAND MARKS

yeah you cannot sand a basecoat without putting more basecoat over the top of it..and if you have orange peel in your color and clear it..no matter how flat u get your clear the base will still look like poop
