Anyone Know this truck?

It's for sale and I was just wondering who build it owns it??

if its the same truck i think it was for sale at hills hotrods for a while but they didnt do the work.... and it was on ebay for a while also.

that truck was built back in the late nineties out in Cali...if I remember correctly. it was a demo truck

if it's not a terd it will be making room my garage as a daily driver.
