cab high bed cap

I have been looking on different websites to find a bed cap(camper shell) for my ranger... all i can find some ugly ones with windows, but what i am looking for doesn;t have windows on a side...solid sides...if anyone has any ideas about where I can find some or if that is something I have to special order..can you post a pic or two if possible .. thanks alot
