8 ports are the one to go with one for ur guage, pressure switch, 4 for ur valves, and one for ur compressor that takes up seven ports and the put a drain on one
get the 8 ports, ur be happier later if u ever need to add something, all u have to do is plug what ports u dont need for now, and if it is needed later, simply remove the plug and hook up whatever ur wantin to do!?!?! Ill never buy another four port tank, because i hate havin to t things off, and hope the shit doesnt leak in some way
yuupp i use the 8s...4 for each line to the bags 1 for the pressure switch ,gauge, compressors and one for a quick connect
I always use 8's also, each end I use a street T with compressors/gauge fitting/shraeder, 4 for valves to bags, top plugged, bottom drain..
i got one of those 9 port crappy crome tank that flakes off. on my mazda i used the 2 end ports for the compressors, 4 in the middle for the valves, another side one for the pressure switch, then another side one for the gauge, and the bottom for a drain
You can use a tank with one port, or one with 16... either way you can accomplish the same goal... just depends on the fittings you use and how you want to connect everything together.
