i used 2x4 1/4" wall on my crewcab cause im planning on towing with it.

there are a couple pics on my profile of it. only took 2 days to do with body mounts cause i ran outta welding wire on a saturday.. damn the luck.

2x4 3/16" wall is plenty, especially if its stuck inside the stock frame, just plate the flex areas before and after the cab if you are using the stock frame..... and big joe i'll try an find some pics of the frame for ya.
