Frame Measurement

I am going to get some metal today to make my crossmembers and I forgot my measurements. I have a 1999 Silverado NBS RCSB and I need to know the width of the framerails about a foot behind the cab (measuring from the inside of the framerails). Can anybody help me out? Thanks
