Mustang II brake rotors

I am thinking of doing a Mustang II swap under my truck,('68 ford)but I want to keep my wheels.I need a rotor with a 5x5.5 bolt patern. Does anyone know where to get one? I heard FatmanFab was supposed to make one, but have had no luck on there web site. Does anyone know?
