I got a B2600i and I want to switch from auto to manual what all do I need to switch out to a manual?......

everything.
tranny, crossmember, driveshaft, pedal assembly, clucth master and slave, hydraulic lines, flywheel, clutch, TO bearing.
Keep in mind you need a B2600i manual tranny, the B2200 manual tranny will not fit.
