Engine driven compressor, a/c pump, grease conversion

that is pretty much what I was thinking! lol

have you ever thought about using a thick bodied oil like lucas or something? it should work as good as grease once you you plug the oil passage

soi converted mine and have a question or two. i got mine hooked up and ran it for a few. i havent put in the seperator yet, but she seemed to pump alot of grease through my lines. is there a reason for that? i put a decent amount in front of the pistons, so im hoping it just pumped all that out. and also what is the highest amount of pressure you guys have ran yours to? i got mine to 220 and blew a 3/8 viar braided hose and does anyone work an average working temp of these things?

i think for the volume that it creates you need a bigger line from the compressor

I had the same problem when i put greese on the pistons, it filled my filter . The other one i did i just greesed the inside and was good to go. Not sure about the heat but we ran it for a bit using a air hose from the tank to clean the inside of the truck. It got warm but not like blistering hot . That is why i made the inlet bigger to help move air and keep the pump cool

ok i'm gonna go back on this, i think i want to use an oiler and trap to run my 508. what kind of oiler do i need to run? can i get the one from harborfreight? or do i need to run a special one?

no special one just not a crappy one either

hey dirtracer14 can we get a pic of the grease fiting you were talking about.... i realy want to do the edc's and DONT want to have to take it part all the time and dont want the oil
