Smallest 18in tire height?

Anyone know how tall the smallest tire height is for an 18in and also smallest for a 17in. and the sizes of them (ex. 215/45/17 is XXin. tall)

Thanks.. That site worked but it accepts any tire size you put in.. And doesn't tell you who makes the tires in what size..
