reg cab bed on a ext cab truck.

Has anyone seen this before or have a picture of a truck like this. I have looked all around and cant find a ext cab bed but I have found a reg cab in good condition. I know the wheel wells are different but im not worried about that since I will build a new back half. I more intrested in what it would look like.
