Wheels for my f/s gmc

I have a full size gmc sierra 2 door shortbed. I'm wanting to put a set of 20" or 22" wheels on it. I'm plannin on baggin it later on. What size do you think I should put on it and will wheels for a 5 bolt ford f-150 fit on a 5 bolt chevy 5x5?
