Billet Steering Wheel adapters

Ive got an 03 Silverado Im wanting to put a billet wheel on. What adapter is everybody using? I called Grant but they say they don't make one for the 99 and up chevys. Are the 88-98 adapters the same and the 99-04? Thanks for any help.
