Layin the front

the front isint layin the frame... its laying the front crossmember first. Is that normal? Can i just drag the front crossmember untill its level with the front frame? what did you guys do? when my trucks parked and aired out, you can tell because the back tucks alot more than the front, looks kinda stupid.
