yota bumper install questions

i need to know how to install this bumper its a 89-95 2wd toyota bumper. it has the mounts in the rear corners of the bumper. ive already taken off my bumper and valance and i was wondering do i also need to remove the front bumper brackets and bend the side panels that are not helping the bumper alignment on the very sides.
