Outlook Express forwording to cell phone?

I was wondering if there is a way to forword new emails from Outlook to my cell.For when i go out of town or what not. Can this happen?

I heard about many softwares which work with emails and accounts too. But one of them surprised me - outlook express files repair, because solved my eternal problem with damaged emails.
