Comp. problem. Need help asap.

Ok, I got out to my car today to work on the interior. I wanted to move it so I go to raise it up and my comps. won't cut on. It isn't the fuse so does anyone know what could be the problem. I have looked at everything and can't figure it out. I am running to 450's and neither are working. Any help would be great.
