Redid hacked backhalf

 When I bought the truck the frame was notched for 20s, not 22s. Had the frame notched more by Jon Nyberg aka NCR Designs in Southern California. At first I thought he did a decent job even though it didnt look too good. He said the welds were solid. Anyways, I moved to Oklahoma and about 2 months ago I looked under at my frame and noticed the notch was about to break. Took it straight to Phat Phabrikationz in OKC and got a new backhalf and 3 link. Original notch (earliest/best pic I have) Pics of the hacked notch a few months after it had been done. Notice just the spacer instead of a whole new solid rail.  Start of the new frame at Phat Phabz           Those are the best pics I got. I dont feel like taking the bed off for better pics haha

i think the welds looked cleaner before.hahalol!!! i wouldnt even have been able to sleep at night if i did that work and let it leave.thank god you didnt get hurt.lookin good now though

--------------------------------------------- Haha thanks man. Whats funny is after I sent him those pics of his welds he said "No way my welds are better than that" as if he didnt believe me they were breaking lol

I like the little slivers of metal to make the frame. Think I'm going to use that idea for mine.

looks great other then the offset bag mounts. original looked like ass tho lol.

looks like they were welding with there eyes closed or something, i would be ashamed if i let something remotely come out of my shop looking like that

WOW MY 4YR OLD WELDS BETTER THAN THAT!!! IT AMAZES ME WHAT SOME PEOPLE DO. I DONT KNOW HOW HE COULD HAVE EVER LET THAT LEAVE HIS SHOP. THAT IS WHAT I WOULD CALL A AT FABRICATION.....  ONLY 22 MORE DAYS
