watts link help

i bought a kp komponets watts link and have heard a few different ways to set them up i belive it should be done at right height is thie right or wrong

its worked out on your over all suspension travel. at 1/2 height your bars should be parallel to the road and the prop at a slight angle. At 1/4 and 3/4 heights the prop will be at 90 deg. to the road
