Vip wheel offsets

I was wondering if anyone knew what offsets will work for a GS300 for the VIP look ,the car will be bagged so I'll roll the fenders to get it to work but I would like to get the rim as close to even with the fender as possible.If I have to use small wheel spacers thats cool.
