notch for s10 how big?

hey max, im used to building notches for fullsize trucks. im wanting to keep the notch as small as possible but im building it. its goin on an s10. how tall should i make it. i want it to lay frae on 18s. lmk thanks.

yeah, there are a few factors you need to consider when you ask how big.

o yeah. the tire size is 245/35/18. with a 3 link

your probably gonna want to go ahead and go with at minimum a standard 6 inch notch, cuz just like all the rest of us, your gonna want 20s or bigger

I just did one. 5" notch and will lay on a 27" tire with a 1/2" rubber bump stop under the notch.

my rule of thumb: always atleast notch for 20's
