Airlift Manifold valve, plumbing diagram and schematic please?

Anyone have a plumbing diagram and wiring schematic for these things? I just got mine, and it says L and R (i know its for left and right) but I have no idea which port is the inlet and which is the exhaust. The ssm search feature sucks and I cannot find anything. Thanks in advance!

if u look close usually there is in and out stamped by the port or a small arrown the arrown is flow direction
