Im looking at some new wheels for the ranger and the say 0 offset, what does this mean. thanks 17x8 by the way

That means that the mounting surface is dead center between the front and back of the wheel. It will have a backspace of 4.5 inches (an 8 inch wheel is really 9 inches wide)
