a mm or so off from being the same as 5x4.75 small chevy lug, the 5x120 is jaguar in believe
it should bolt up yo anything gm with that size lug pattern as long as the wheels arent hub centric

yea 4.75 = 120.65 mm...
im sure you could just search ebay...type in 5x120 and see what pops up.... its what i did.
