ENGINE PAINT

alright i'am building a SBC 350 and i was wondering what kind of paint you guys used for it. now i wanna spray it out of my gun and i have heard that the 2 part epoxy engine paint is the best, im painting it white so i need something that will not yellow or peel or flake. thanks

wow, white? your crazy... but you definately want to go with an engine paint, its the only thing thats going to hold up to all the heat

yeah white just wanna be different.also let me know what you guys think of white its gonna have a white chassis also

yeah i want mine to be yellow,,,same as body,,,what do i use???

i sprayd my engine with a sealer primer then just put my color over that it ran for about an hour or so got up to temp and it was fine no peeling

good ol base clear has held up great for me.....
