This was done by The Interior Shop of Phoenix, AZ if I'm not mistaken, and is one of my favorite type of bench seat. Only problem is I've never sat in one before, so i don't know if they are comfortable at all.

Anyone got some opinions on these. Also can you take any old bench seat and make it into this type of shape, or would an upholstery shop need to get a whole new bench?

i priced one at paul atkins interiors in cullman AL one time! very very costly! you should be able to find a co. that produces those benches in a few diff sizes. browse around some street rod suppliers!

They are comfortable, but thats a custom bench. Theres a company that makes those and matching buckets. Look in the back of hot rod mags.
