4runner core support cutting ?

i have a 92 toyota. have the 4runner headlights and grill. im gonna make it work with my 2wd fenders and lights. question, will it be possible to enlarge the holes on the core support with hand sheet metal shears? or will i need a cutoff wheel? thanks.

no clue. just hold it up and cut till it fits.

well, so much for that shit. didnt line up, guess my core is more bent than i thought. whatever. ill swap supports down the road and put it on.
