Fuel cell cap

Well someone had enough balls to suck out all the gas in my fuel cell a few nights ago.(In front of garage, under a light, right beside the house). Question is there any fuel cell caps w/a lock? Also, I was wondering if I bought a billet gas door assembly, made a gusket and screwed that on, would that work? Thanks!

I don't know if you have emissions inspections where you are, but that won't pass California's smog check.

You could make a flange to fit the cell that goes to a neck with a stock filler end, then just use a locking cap for whatever vehicle you got the neck from...
