Yeah Yeah. Lambos are gay, I know.
We are workin on a truck that we got 1/2 finished from another shop. Its a 98 Navigator and its bagged (kinda) and has a LSD lambo door kit. However, the cylinder cant support the weight of the doors, so they dont stay up. With the door panels and speakers out, it will hold up, but just barely. I'm not even sure where to start with this, since we normally wouldnt touch lambo doors with a 10 foot pole, and dont really want to. They are already installed and this guy just wants to be able to drive his truck again.
easy fix is just call lsd and tell them you need 250 pd door shocks and get rid of the 150 pd ones that come with it.they are the same all around just hd it is common on heavier doors.
or just throw them in the trash...

I wish. He put too much into them at this other shop, so I doubt he wants to get rid of them.
I'll try to contact LSD. Thanks.
lol tell him youll put stock hinges on for free if there not welded on just to make there be one less lambo door install out there lol.

Im with you! haha.
If you strike out with LSD, our kits come with two shocks per door-
You could always double up on the door shocks- one nice side benefit being that if one fails there's still another to kind-of hold the door...
Good luck!
