In the new Mini Truckin in the Ekstensive Tacoma's lowdown, it says he's runnin the stock master without the booster. I just want to know how you do that.

yea i actually got all the stuff that came from the factor without the booster.its basically a plate that blots 2 the fire wall and has a rod with a boot that goes in the back of the master cylinder. i had it on my blazer and just did it on my s10. dont be scarred, it isnt as hard 2 brake as everybody is goin to tell u. takes a little getting use to thats all.

better take the pedal out and drill a hole further up to get more leverage on pushing the master cylinder..that will help offset the difference..I fyou dont do that, the difference will be terrible..

i just picked up an 84 sten and was wondering why the brakes felt 'softer' then noticed it has no booster from the factory.( didnt pop the hood the first week i drove it and then had a wheel fly off at 65, my fault fun stuff.) the braking does take a bit to get used to, but not as bad as i thought.
