yea, but if your qualified for the job, and its something you really want......move!

seems for the right person it would be worth it.

good luck finding someone, alot of people will probably be intimidated, and be afraid to apply, but hopefully you can get another person in thare to add to the kick ass arsenol of emplyoees you allready have.
