I know this sounds stupid but are you sure there is air in the tank?

or too much psi for the valves to handle

Ya that will freeze them up also.

i have seen relays that would still click and be bad so that could be the problem...

1. yes there is a air in the tank
2. there is only 180 psi in the tank.
3. and no, the dumps are not wired up. this isn't the 1st time i aired the truck up.
4. When i click the box to air up, the valves are getting power, so the relays are not bad.

tried removing the airline from the valve itself and seeing if air comes out?? if not try that and then you will know if you have a line crimmped off someplace on the truck, but ifnothing comes out then your problem is between the tank and the valves and that could be a crimmped line if you do not have them direct mounted..

Are your valves mounted with the flow in the right direction? Do you have check valves installed? Are they in the right direction? Does the Valve click when you hit the switch? Or just the Airtronix Box? Put a volt meter on the wires going to the valves and have a buddy hit the switch and see if you're gettin juice there.
Your box may not be sending the signal to the valve itself. Maybe a short in the Airtronix box. Is it a new install on the box or have you always had it?
