PLEASE HELP ASAP...

i was unscrewing a 1/2" brass PTC fitting out of my air tank and the hex shaped head snapped off. the threaded end of the fitting is still inside as is the metal sleeve. i have no idea how to get this out. im not sure if using an easy out bit would work in this situation? this is my daily, so i need to get it fixed as soon as i can. any suggestions?

break the sleeve out of it and use an easy out!

happened to me once, i used a die grinder to thin out the wall of the fitting. when the threads started to show i was able to pull out the threads like a coil with some needle nose pliers. installed a new fitting and all is good.

no its a type of easy out, i got a few like that...i find the spiral ones are better tho, but glad to see u got it out bro...i done that same thing too
