Where are you guys going to start your own websites? Like host's. Whats the best one to use or does it really matter? Also what would be the best book, or website to use to learn a lil more html. I took HTML and C++ classes in college so I know a good amount but of course not everything. Any help I can get from you guys would be very apreciated. Hit me up on email or just reply on here. My email is twistedsdime@aol.com

We use theplanet.com for hosting, it's less than $11 a month and they are really reliable. My wife, Kris, updates our site and she uses Microsoft Frontpage. We have used Graphic Disorder for our web template, then my wife just adds words and pics as needed. If you have any other questions you can e-mail us at info@kustomzink.com We're always willing to help anyone we can. -Trae

if you know the basics, do it yourself. or pay me to do it. lol.

a lot of people are into flash these days, so maybe pick up a flash book. i wouldn't suggest the flash bible if you are a noob at flash. it's pretty involved. do a lot of tutorials.

you should also learn photoshop. again, do the tutorials.

for hosting and domains, i use godaddy.com. tons of space and email accounts for $3.50/month. can't beat that price. and the domains are like $8/year.

i work with a lot of computer engineers and IT guys. they know all about coding, but don't know how to make it look good. so maybe have someone design the site for you or do your graphics, then you code it.

My domains are registered at godaddy.com. I am hosting them through yahoo. I have also hosted through Hostway.com. Hosting prices have come down a lot in the past few years. And plus now you get a lot of space. And as far as learning stuff, I have been using webdesign.org. I'm actually on there right now trying to learn some CSS. Not sure how much you want to spend on website hosting but neither yahoo or hostway has given me any problems. I'd recommend them. Godaddy is probably the best as far as registering domains

Mike...

The best place to go to for hosting is Yahoo if you ask me. They have the most user friendly setup in my opinion. If you need more info you know where to find me!
