can you tell me where to get this peice for the intake?

this peice that is on top of the carbeurator that looks like a dome that i have circled in white... can someone tell me any information about this peice. this is a considerably smaller carb than the 650 edelbrock i have correct? and this one wouldnt fit directly onto the 650 edelbrock that i have correct? soooooooooo.... where can i get it? where can i get more info on it? do they come in different sizes or shapes? is it custtom made? this isnt the first one ive seen so im assuming now that someone is making them? what is it made of? thanks for your Help i really appreciate it once again!

i dunno about that looks custom made but i do see a turbo

well this might not be right but might steer you in the right path i think most of your cold air intakes for most trucks( gm ) have a deal like that for the throttle body i dunno bout metal though

fbi used to make a piece somewhat like that for the niss. hardbody.

it looks just to be a carb hat, for turboed or supercharged engines, you can buy them from anyone that sells supercharger or turbocharger accessories for carbed motors.....

got any idea where i can start looking? i havnt had the privledge to search out super chargers or turbochargers and dont know where to start.. i am going to go try right now .. ill let you know what i find.

Have you talked to guy that owns this truck? Ive meet him before at a show & hes really cool. I bet if you ask him where he got that piece from hed tell you. Here is his profile:

ya i saw those ... i ended up finiding more of what i was looking for on ebay... i didnt know how to look them up before but i typed in "carb hat" and it helped alot.....

next im typing in ass hat and see what comes up...
